Horsecock and Cheese

1.Slice the horsecock into thin strips.

2.Grate the cheese.

3.In a pan, heat some oil over medium heat.

4.Add the horsecock slices to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through.

5.Remove the horsecock from the pan and set aside.

6.In the same pan, add the grated cheese and stir until melted and bubbly.

7.Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and oregano to taste.

8.Add the cooked horsecock back into the pan and stir to coat with the melted cheese.

9.Garnish with fresh parsley.

10.Serve hot and enjoy!
