Cake Preparation Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans.

3.Add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients mixture. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.

4.Stir in the boiling water slowly. The batter will be thin, but don't worry!

5.Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pans.

6.Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

7.Remove the cakes from the oven and allow them to cool in the pans for 10 minutes. Then, transfer them to wire racks to cool completely.

Cream Filling Preparation While the cakes are cooling, prepare the cream filling. In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, instant coffee granules, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

Assembly Once the cakes have cooled completely, spread the cream filling evenly between each layer.

Chocolate Ganache Preparation Prepare the chocolate ganache by heating the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer.

11.Remove the cream from the heat and add the chopped chocolate, diced butter, and vanilla extract. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes to allow the chocolate and butter to melt.

12.Stir the ganache mixture until smooth and glossy. Let it cool for a few minutes.

13.Pour the ganache over the assembled cake, allowing it to drip down the sides.

14.Refrigerate the cake for at least 1 hour to set the ganache before serving.
