You can import all your recipes from Recipe Keeper by uploading a backup file.

How to export your recipes from Recipe Keeper:
1. Sign into the Recipe Keeper App
2. Tap on Settings
3. Tap on Import/Export
4. Under Export recipes to select Recipe Keeper .zip file
5. Save the file to your device
6. Select the file here
