Oven-Baked Sticky Chicken Wings

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the barbecue sauce and peri peri sauce. Stir well to combine.

3.In a separate bowl, mix together the olive oil, Asian spices, mix of different dry spices, salt, and pepper.

4.Add the chicken wings to the bowl with the marinade. Toss to coat the wings evenly.

5.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the chicken wings marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

6.Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. This will help elevate the wings and allow them to crisp up.

7.Arrange the marinated chicken wings on the wire rack, leaving space between each wing for even cooking.

8.Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the chicken wings are cooked through and crispy.

9.While the wings are baking, brush them with the sauce mixture every 10 minutes during the last 20 minutes of cooking.

10.Remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.

11.Serve the oven-baked sticky chicken wings hot with extra sauce on the side for dipping.
