Delicious Egg Fried Rice

1.Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly.

2.Heat a wok or large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of palm oil.

3.Pour the beaten eggs into the wok and scramble them until cooked through. Remove the eggs from the wok and set aside.

4.Add the remaining palm oil to the wok and increase the heat to high.

5.Add the cooked rice to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, breaking up any clumps.

6.Return the scrambled eggs to the wok and mix well with the rice.

7.Sprinkle MSG over the rice and continue to stir-fry for another minute.

8.Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

9.Serve hot and enjoy your delicious egg fried rice!
