Christmas Jackfruit Stew

1.Drain and rinse the jackfruit, then cut it into smaller pieces resembling shredded meat.

5.Add the prepared jackfruit to the pot and bring the mixture to a simmer. Let it cook uncovered for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together, stirring occasionally.
