Cajun Red Drum Fish

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2.In a small bowl, mix Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and cayenne pepper.

3.Rub the spice mixture evenly over the Red Drum fish fillets.

4.Place the seasoned fish fillets in a baking dish.

5.Top each fillet with a slice of butter and a couple of lemon slices.

6.Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

7.Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

8.Serve the Cajun Red Drum fish hot with additional lemon wedges on the side.
