Paneer Dessert Delight

1.Crumble the paneer into a smooth paste.

2.In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled paneer, curd, and sugar. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth.

3.Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.

4.Add the paneer mixture to the pan and cook on low heat, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan, forming a soft dough-like consistency.

5.Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

6.Grease your hands with a little oil and shape the mixture into small balls or desired shapes.

7.Serve the paneer dessert delight warm or chilled, garnished with nuts or saffron strands if desired.
