Creamy Black Truffle Pasta

1.Cook the black truffle pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.

2.In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the heavy cream and stir until well combined.

3.Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet and stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.

4.Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.

5.Stir in the chopped fresh parsley, black truffle oil, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all the flavors.

6.If desired, sprinkle the grated black truffle over the pasta for an extra indulgent touch.

7.Serve the creamy black truffle pasta hot, garnished with additional parsley and a drizzle of black truffle oil if desired.
