Delicious Spicy Maggi Noodles

1.Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

2.Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.

3.Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chili, cooking for another minute until fragrant.

4.Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and release their juices.

5.Sprinkle in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala, stirring well to combine.

6.Add the mixed vegetables and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly tender.

7.Pour in the water and bring it to a boil.

8.Once boiling, add the Maggi noodles and the tastemaker sachets that come with the noodles.

9.Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are cooked and the water is mostly absorbed.

10.Taste and adjust salt if necessary.

11.Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
