Rainbow Delight Multi-Flavor Sorbet Ice Cream

1.In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool.

2.Once the sugar syrup is cool, divide it into four equal parts in separate bowls.

3.To each bowl, add 1/2 cup of different fruit puree (strawberry, mango, blueberry, and kiwi) along with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix well until combined.

4.If you want a creamier texture, add 2 tablespoons of coconut milk to each bowl and mix until smooth.

5.Pour each fruit mixture into separate shallow containers and place them in the freezer. Freeze for about 2-3 hours or until firm.

6.Once the sorbet is frozen, use a fork to scrape and fluff each flavor to create a light, airy texture.

7.To serve, scoop out the different flavors into bowls or cones, layering them for a beautiful rainbow effect. Garnish with fresh fruit pieces if desired.
