Sweet Vanilla Honey Midha Delight

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the Midha and sugar, and mix well to ensure even distribution.

2.In a separate bowl, mix the water, vanilla essence, and honey until the honey is fully dissolved.

3.Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry mixture, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

4.Once combined, knead the mixture into a smooth dough. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more Midha until it reaches the desired consistency.

5.Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

6.After resting, divide the dough into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.

7.Flatten each ball into a disc shape using your palms or a rolling pin, ensuring they are of even thickness.

8.Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and place the discs onto the skillet, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

9.Remove from the skillet and let them cool on a wire rack before serving.
