Milkmaid Rava Pudding Delight

1.In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in 1/4 cup of warm water and set aside to bloom for about 5 minutes.

2.In a large saucepan, melt the butter and ghee over medium heat. Add the rava and roast it until it turns golden brown, stirring continuously to avoid burning.

3.Once the rava is roasted, slowly add the milk while stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens.

4.Add the Milkmaid, sugar, vanilla extract, and cardamom powder to the rava mixture. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well incorporated.

5.Remove the saucepan from heat and add the bloomed gelatin to the mixture. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved and evenly distributed.

6.Pour the mixture into a greased mold or individual serving cups. Allow it to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.

7.Once set, carefully unmold the pudding onto a serving plate or serve directly in the cups. Garnish with chopped nuts if desired.
