Spicy Egg Maggi with Caramelized Onions

1.In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown and caramelized, about 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.

2.While the onions are caramelizing, boil 2 cups of water in a separate pot. Once boiling, add the Maggi noodles and the tastemaker sachet that comes with the noodles. Cook for 2 minutes, then drain and set aside.

3.In the same pan with the caramelized onions, push the onions to one side and crack the eggs into the pan. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked, then mix them with the onions.

4.Add the cooked Maggi noodles to the pan with the eggs and onions. Pour in the soy sauce, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.

5.Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
