Vanilla Sugar Cake

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until all dry ingredients are evenly distributed.

3.In another bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until they are frothy. Add the milk to the eggs and mix until combined.

4.Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.

5.Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.

6.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

7.Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
