Creamy Chicken and Cheese Ravioli Bake

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into bite-sized pieces.

3.In the same skillet, add the heavy whipping cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.

4.In a large baking dish, spread a thin layer of the creamy cheese sauce on the bottom. Layer half of the frozen cheese ravioli over the sauce, followed by half of the sliced chicken. Pour half of the remaining cheese sauce over the ravioli and chicken. Repeat the layers with the remaining ravioli, chicken, and cheese sauce.

5.Top the final layer with the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if using.

6.Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
