Croissant Sandwich Delight

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2.Slice each croissant in half horizontally and place them on a baking sheet.

3.In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard together until well combined.

4.Spread a thin layer of the mayonnaise-mustard mixture on the inside of each croissant half.

5.Place two slices of turkey breast on the bottom half of each croissant.

6.Add a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the turkey.

7.Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are slightly toasted.

8.While the croissants are in the oven, slice the avocado and tomato thinly.

9.Remove the croissants from the oven and top the cheese with a leaf of lettuce, slices of avocado, and tomato.

10.Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

11.Place the top half of the croissant over the fillings to complete the sandwich.

12.Serve immediately while warm.
