Decadent Chocolate-Dipped Ice Cream Cones with Sprinkles

1.Start by scooping your favorite ice cream into the ice cream cones, filling them generously to the top. Place the filled cones in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up the ice cream.

2.While the ice cream is firming up, prepare the chocolate dip. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

3.Once the ice cream has firmed up, remove the cones from the freezer. Dip the top of each ice cream cone into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.

4.Immediately after dipping in chocolate, roll the chocolate-covered portion of the cone in colorful sprinkles to coat it evenly. Make sure to cover all the chocolate with sprinkles for a festive look.

5.Place the decorated cones upright in a cup or a cone holder to allow the chocolate to set. You can refrigerate them for about 10-15 minutes to speed up the setting process.
