Decadent Eggless White Chocolate Chip Cookies

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2.In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, baking soda, and salt until well combined. Set aside.

3.In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar using an electric mixer on medium speed until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

4.Add the vanilla extract and milk to the butter-sugar mixture, mixing until fully incorporated.

5.Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

6.Fold in the white chocolate chips using a spatula until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

7.Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
