Mozzarella-Stuffed Chicken Fries with Crispy Golden Fries

1.Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for the French fries.

2.Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket, being careful not to cut all the way through.

3.Stuff each chicken pocket with shredded mozzarella cheese, pressing the edges to seal.

4.In three separate bowls, set up your breading station: one with corn flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, and the last with breadcrumbs.

5.Coat each stuffed chicken breast first in corn flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs, ensuring they are well covered.

6.Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded chicken breasts and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

7.While the chicken is frying, spread the frozen French fries on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions until crispy and golden brown.

8.Once the chicken is cooked and the fries are ready, serve the mozzarella-stuffed chicken fries hot with the crispy fries on the side.
