Spicy Honey Soy Chicken Skewers

1.In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, red pepper flakes, and black pepper until well combined to create the marinade.

2.Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for maximum flavor.

3.Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

4.Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.

5.Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).

6.Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
