Creative Crab Rangoons with Golden Milk

1.In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese and golden milk. Stir until smooth and well combined.

2.Add the cheese cultures to the cream cheese mixture and mix thoroughly. Let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to allow the cultures to activate.

3.In a separate bowl, combine the chopped crab meat, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Mix well.

4.Add the crab mixture to the cream cheese mixture and stir until fully incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5.Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Place about 1 teaspoon of the crab and cream cheese filling in the center of each wrapper.

6.Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with a little water. Fold the wrapper over the filling to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal. Ensure there are no air pockets.

7.Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C).

8.Carefully add the rangoons to the hot oil, a few at a time, and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

9.Remove the rangoons from the oil and drain on paper towels.

10.Serve the crab rangoons warm, garnished with additional chopped green onions if desired.
