Beef and Potato Skillet Supper

1.Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2.Add the diced onion and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.

3.Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.

4.Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.

5.Once the beef is browned, stir in the cubed potatoes, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all ingredients.

6.Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

7.Cover the skillet and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.

8.After the potatoes are tender, add the frozen peas and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the peas are heated through.

9.Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.
