Coconut-Lime Christmas Tree Cookies

1.Quickly knead all the dough ingredients into a smooth dough, wrap in foil, and chill for 20 minutes.

2.Lightly dust the work surface with flour, roll out the dough to about 3 mm thick, and cut out tree shapes. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3.Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 15 minutes (keep an eye on them as the edges can darken quickly).

4.Mix powdered sugar with lime zest and lime juice, and brush the cooled cookies with the glaze. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
