Cheesy Veggie Skillet Delight

1.Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2.Add the diced onion and sauté for about 3 minutes until it becomes translucent.

3.Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

4.Add the diced bell pepper, sliced zucchini, and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

5.Next, add the broccoli florets and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.

6.Pour the pizza pasta sauce over the sautéed vegetables, stirring to combine.

7.Sprinkle the dried oregano and chili flakes over the mixture, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to ensure the veggies are evenly coated with the sauce.

8.Reduce the heat to low and sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top of the veggie mixture.

9.Cover the skillet with a lid and let it cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
