Creamy Matar Paneer Delight

1.Heat ghee or oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

2.Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

3.Stir in the slit green chilies and ginger-garlic paste. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the raw smell disappears.

4.Add the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the mixture, about 5-7 minutes.

5.Mix in the coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6.Add the green peas and a splash of water if needed. Cover and cook for 5 minutes until the peas are tender.

7.Gently fold in the cubed paneer and cook for another 3-4 minutes, allowing the paneer to absorb the flavors.

8.Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream, mixing well to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

9.Sprinkle garam masala over the curry and stir gently.

10.Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves before serving.
