Baby Box's Build-Your-Own Taco Fiesta

1.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef (or turkey) and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.

2.Add the taco seasoning to the meat, along with a splash of water (about 1/4 cup). Stir to combine and let simmer for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3.While the meat is cooking, prepare the taco bar by arranging all the toppings in separate bowls: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onions, sliced black olives, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and jalapeños.

4.Warm the tortillas by wrapping them in aluminum foil and placing them in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes, or heat them individually in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until soft and pliable.

5.Once everything is ready, set up a taco assembly line where guests can customize their tacos. Start with a warm tortilla, add the seasoned meat, and top with their choice of toppings.

6.Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
