Spicy Teriyaki Seafood Ramen Stir-Fry

1.Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, about 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2.In a large wok or skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the frozen mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they are cooked through and slightly charred.

3.Add the cooked shrimp and imitation crab to the wok, stirring to combine with the vegetables. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the seafood is heated through.

4.In a small bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, Frank's hot sauce, unagi sushi sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder.

5.Add the cooked ramen noodles to the wok, pouring the sauce mixture over the top. Toss everything together to ensure the noodles, seafood, and vegetables are well coated with the sauce.

6.Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting the seasoning as needed.

7.Remove from heat and transfer the stir-fry to serving plates. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
