Ketchup-Stuffed French Fries

7.Remove fries with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.

8.Arrange the fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the hot fries so it melts slightly.

9.Place the baking sheet under a preheated broiler for 1-2 minutes, watching closely, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
