Caesar Pizza

Dough Preparation In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.

2.Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until a rough dough forms.

3.Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

4.Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Pizza Preparation Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).

6.Punch down the dough and divide it in half. Roll out each portion into a round pizza crust.

7.Transfer the pizza crusts to baking sheets or pizza stones.

Sauce Preparation In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended. This is the Caesar sauce.

9.Spread the Caesar sauce evenly over each pizza crust.

Topping the Pizzas Top the pizzas with shredded romaine lettuce, diced chicken breast, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, grated Parmesan cheese, and crumbled bacon.

11.Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the toppings.

Baking Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are heated through.

13.Remove the pizzas from the oven and let them cool slightly before slicing and serving.
