Chocolate Fish with Bacon and Eggs

1.In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the fish marinade.

2.Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the fillets are evenly coated. Marinate for 30 minutes.

3.While the fish is marinating, prepare the bacon chocolate glaze. In a small saucepan, melt the dark chocolate over low heat. Stir in the cooked and chopped bacon, maple syrup, and chili powder (if using). Cook until the glaze is smooth and well combined.

4.Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the grill with cooking oil to prevent sticking.

5.Remove the fish fillets from the marinade and place them on the hot grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until the fish is cooked through and has grill marks.

6.While the fish is grilling, prepare the egg garnish. In a small non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.

7.To serve, place a grilled fish fillet on each plate. Drizzle the bacon chocolate glaze over the fish. Top with a fried egg and garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley.
