Chocolate Milk Bread Pudding

Preparation Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish and set aside.

Pudding Mixture In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder until well combined.

Pudding Mixture Add the bread cubes to the pudding mixture and let it soak for about 10 minutes, gently stirring occasionally to ensure all the bread is evenly soaked.

Pudding Mixture Stir in the chocolate chips.

Assembly Pour the pudding mixture into the greased baking dish.

Baking Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the pudding is set and the top is golden brown.

Chocolate Sauce While the pudding is baking, prepare the chocolate sauce by melting the chocolate chips and heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.

Assembly Once the pudding is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.

Assembly Serve the warm pudding with the chocolate sauce drizzled on top.
