Beef Tartare with Garlic

3.Remove the tartare mixture from the refrigerator and divide it into individual servings.

4.Using a ring mold or a spoon, shape each serving into a neat round on a serving plate.

5.Arrange the sliced baguette and arugula leaves around the tartare.

6.Serve the beef tartare with lemon wedges on the side.
