Crushed Beef with Ice

Marinade In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil. Mix well.

Marinade Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade and let it marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Cooking Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Assembly While the beef is resting, prepare a bed of ice cubes on a serving platter.

Assembly Place the grilled beef on top of the ice cubes.

Sauce In a small bowl, mix together the hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and chili sauce to make the sauce.

Sauce Drizzle the sauce over the beef and ice cubes.

Garnish Garnish with chopped spring onions and coriander leaves.

Serving Serve the crushed beef with ice immediately and enjoy!
