Human Eyeball Soup

Preparation Carefully remove any remaining connective tissue from the eyeballs and rinse them under cold water.

2.In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, sliced carrots, and chopped celery. Saute until the vegetables are tender.

3.Add the chicken broth to the pot, followed by the cleaned eyeballs. Season with salt and pepper. Bring the soup to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes.

4.Remove the eyeballs from the pot and slice them into quarters. Return the sliced eyeballs to the soup.

5.Stir in the heavy cream and continue to simmer for an additional 10 minutes.

Serving Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of fresh parsley leaves.
