You can import all your recipes from Paprika Recipe Manager 3 by uploading a backup file.

How to export your recipes from Paprika:
1. Sign into the Paprika App
2. Tap on Settings
3. Tap on Import/Export
4. Under Export recipes to select Paprika Recipe Format
5. Save the file .paprikarecipes file to your device
6. Select the file here
