Alien's Head Stir-Fry with Soy Sauce

1.In a small bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients: soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, sugar, and black pepper. Stir well until the cornstarch is dissolved.

2.Cut the Alien's Head into bite-sized florets. If you can't find a real Alien's Head, you can substitute with cauliflower florets.

3.Place the Alien's Head florets into a large bowl. Pour the marinade over the florets and toss to coat evenly. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

4.Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add the vegetable oil and minced garlic. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

5.Add the marinated Alien's Head florets to the wok, reserving the marinade. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.

6.Add the sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, broccoli florets, and snap peas to the wok. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

7.In a small bowl, whisk together the reserved marinade, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).

8.Pour the sauce over the stir-fry and toss to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.

9.Season with salt to taste. Remove from heat.

10.Serve the Alien's Head Stir-Fry over cooked rice or noodles. Garnish with chopped green onions.
