Spicy Mexican Tacos

Preparing the Guacamole In a bowl, mash the avocados with a fork. Add the diced onion, tomato, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.

Assembling the Tacos Warm the flour tortillas in a pan. Spoon the taco filling onto each tortilla. Top with shredded cheese, guacamole, avocado slices, sour cream, pickled jalapenos, and a squeeze of lime juice.
