Blue Jello Layer In a saucepan, combine blueberries, water, sugar, and lemon juice. Simmer until blueberries soften. Blend the mixture, strain, and return liquid to the saucepan.

Blue Jello Layer Sprinkle gelatin over the blueberry liquid, stir until dissolved, and pour into a rectangular dish. Refrigerate until set.

Cloudy Vanilla Layer In another saucepan, heat milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until steaming. Mix gelatin with a little water, stir into the milk mixture.

Cloudy Vanilla Layer Pour the vanilla mixture over the blue jello layer and refrigerate until set.

Decorations Once set, decorate with edible silver stars, gold glitter, and whipped cream clouds. Let it chill for an hour before serving.

Base For the base, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a serving dish.
