Christmas Vegetable Cutlets

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, chopped onion, green chilies, bread crumbs, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt, and pepper.

2.Mix everything well to form a uniform mixture.

3.Divide the mixture into small equal-sized portions and shape them into flat round cutlets.

4.Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

5.Carefully place the cutlets in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides, turning occasionally for even cooking.

6.Once the cutlets are cooked and crispy, remove them from the pan and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
