Easter Pancit

1.In a large pot, cook the pancit noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2.In a wok or large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onions, sauté until fragrant.

3.Add the shrimp, chicken, and pork. Cook until the meat is no longer pink, then remove and set aside.

4.In the same wok, add carrots, cabbage, snow peas, and bell pepper. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.

5.Return the cooked meat to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken broth, sugar, and black pepper. Toss to combine well.

6.Add the cooked pancit noodles to the wok. Stir-fry everything together until noodles are evenly coated with the sauce and heated through.

7.Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Sprinkle with green onions and toss once more.

8.Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side. Enjoy your Easter Pancit!
