Biscoff Bread Pudding

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.

2.Cut the bread slices into cubes and place them in the greased baking dish.

3.In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.

4.Add the Biscoff spread to the melted butter and stir until well combined.

5.Pour the milk into the saucepan and heat until warm.

6.Pour the Biscoff mixture over the bread cubes in the baking dish, ensuring all the bread is coated.

7.Let the bread soak in the mixture for about 15 minutes, pressing down gently to ensure absorption.

8.Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.

9.Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

10.Serve the Biscoff bread pudding warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream on top.
