No Bake Birthday Cake Truffles

1.Prepare the vanilla cake mix according to the package instructions.

2.In a large bowl, crumble the baked cake into fine crumbs.

3.Add the softened butter, rainbow sprinkles, and sweetened condensed milk to the cake crumbs. Mix until well combined.

4.Using your hands, roll the mixture into small truffle-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5.Chill the truffle balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.

6.In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with vegetable oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and melted.

7.Dip each chilled truffle ball into the melted white chocolate, coating it completely. Allow the excess chocolate to drip off.

8.Immediately sprinkle rainbow sprinkles over the chocolate-coated truffles before the chocolate sets.

9.Place the coated truffles back on the parchment paper and refrigerate until the chocolate sets, about 15-20 minutes.
