Apple Tahini Cake

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a cake pan with oil.

2.Peel and grate the potatoes, then squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.

3.In a mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes, flour, sugar, and eggs. Mix well until a smooth batter forms.

4.Peel and dice the apples, then fold them into the batter.

5.Pour half of the batter into the prepared cake pan.

6.Drizzle tahini over the batter in the pan, then pour the remaining batter on top.

7.Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8.Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

9.Slice and serve the delicious Apple Tahini Cake.
