Coconut Sprinkles Delight

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2.In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, powdered sugar, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is sticky.

3.Using your hands, form small balls or clusters of the coconut mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4.Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.

5.Remove from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet.

6.If desired, melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.

7.Once the coconut sprinkles are cool, dip the bottoms into the melted chocolate or drizzle it over the top for an extra touch of sweetness.

8.Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
