Crispy Corn Flour Fritters with Savory Sauce

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the corn flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well to combine all the dry ingredients.

2.In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add the water, mixing until well combined.

3.Gradually pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms. If the batter is too thick, add a little more water until you reach a pourable consistency.

4.Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. You want enough oil to submerge the fritters.

5.Once the oil is hot, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the oil, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Fry until golden brown on one side, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and fry the other side for another 2-3 minutes.

6.Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
