Creamy Chicken Spinach Alfredo Pasta with Cottage Cheese

1.Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

3.Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

4.Stir in the shredded chicken and cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
