Fluffy Soft Rolls

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well to ensure the yeast is evenly distributed.

2.Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the warm water and melted butter.

3.Using a wooden spoon or your hands, mix the ingredients until a dough begins to form. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour, a teaspoon at a time.

4.Once the dough comes together, knead it on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.

5.Place the kneaded dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.

6.After the dough has risen, punch it down to release the air. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and shape each piece into a ball.

7.Place the shaped rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between each roll for expansion. Cover them with the kitchen towel and let them rise for another 30 minutes.

8.Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).

9.Once the rolls have risen again, brush the tops lightly with milk to give them a golden color when baked.

10.Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown and sound hollow when tapped on the bottom.

11.Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack before serving.
