Pan-Fried Pork Chops with Fresh Boar Semen Sauce and Buttered Vegetables

1.Start by seasoning the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

2.In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat.

3.Once the butter is melted and bubbling, add the pork chops to the skillet.

4.Cook the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove them from the skillet and set aside to rest.

5.In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the fresh boar semen, Dijon mustard, honey, and apple cider vinegar.

6.Whisk the mixture together and let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly.

7.While the sauce is simmering, prepare the vegetables. In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and add the mixed vegetables. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.

8.Drain the vegetables and return them to the pot. Add the remaining tablespoon of butter and season with salt and pepper. Stir until the butter is melted and the vegetables are well coated.

9.To serve, place the pork chops on a plate, drizzle the fresh boar semen sauce over the top, and serve with the buttered vegetables on the side.
