Maple-Mustard Glazed Christmas Chicken

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.In a medium bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper until well combined.

3.Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the maple-mustard glaze over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.

4.Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

5.After 25 minutes, remove the foil and baste the chicken with the glaze. Continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

6.Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

7.Garnish with fresh parsley before serving for a festive touch.
